me and my room: that bunch of photos

Sejak saya memiliki kamera yang saya gunakan
sekarang di tahun 2009, saya belum pernah
mencetak foto-foto yang saya ambil dalam bentuk
foto sampai minggu lalu! Dan ternyata hasilnya
sangat menyenangkan untuk tambahan dekor
lemari baju saya. Haha!

I know that this might sound really ridiculous
but ever since I have my current camera which
is like since 2009, I have never actually print
any of my photos until just last week!

Saya sudah pernah kesini sebelumnya

walaupun malam hari. Sayangnya waktu

saya kembali kesini walau sedang siang

hari tapi sedang terburu-buru mau makan

siang jadina hanya sempat memotret sedikit

sekali. Ini kantornya KUNCI. Cantik ya!

This one's office was already made me

fall in love from the first time I came although

since it was at night I really look forward to

come back during the day. Unfortunately

when the time came I was in a hurry to grab

a lunch so these are all I could take. It's

KUNCI's office.

ini pemandangan kamar saya setiap pagi. 

jangan ditanya ada apa saja di dalamnya ya. 

kalau sudah disini malas sekali keluarnya.

mau seharian cuma diatas tempat tidur

bikin bikin atau memilah perangko berdasarkan

warnanya. 

these are most of my mornings look like.

those mornings where i am so lazy to get

out of my bed and just want to stay there

making stuff or rearranging stamps by its

colors. oh my heaven on earth!

me and my friends: ayu and her school

Tahun lalu saya diajak teman saya Ayu untuk
membuat workshop kerajinan tangan untuk
staf pengajar di sekolah milik teman saya Ayu,
di Sanur, Bali. Saya kenal Ayu dari etsy, dan
waktu saya mengunjungi sekolahnya betapa
kagumnya saya dengan dekorasi sekolahannya ini.
Termasuk beberapa batang bunga pompom yang
saya buat tahun sebelumnya waktu pertama kali
kami bertemu. Nama sekolahnya Cheeky Monkey.

Last year I had a chance to run a craft workshop
for my friend's teaching staff at Sanur, Bali. I met
Ayu, my friend who owns the school in etsy.
So it's no wonder that the way she decorates her
school is just so cool! Oh those stems of pompom
flowers were made by me from the first time 
we met a year earlier. Thank you, Ayu!

me and office: monday to wednesday

Saya masih ingat waktu tahun lalu saya masuk
ke dalam ruangan ini untuk bertemu dengan
beberapa teman lama yang dulu sempat berkantor
bersama untuk pertama kali. Siapa yang sangka
sekarang saya sudah setahun berada disana?

It was last year when I first enter this space
to meet with some old friends where I used
to work together years ago. And now I've
been spending three days a week here for
almost a year. Time flies when you're having

me and holiday: a village of loveliness

Saya selalu ingin kembali ke Ubud untuk banyak

sekali alasan menawan. Salah satunya adalah

pasar organiknya, setiap Rabu dan Sabtu pagi.

Sambil sarapan, adik saya akan memilih roti,

bumbu dapur serta buah dan sayur untuk 

persediaan selama seminggu ke depan.

I can give you more than ten reasons why you 

should go to Ubud if you go to Bali. And their 

Saturday morning market is one of them. 

It's small, sweet and placed in front of an Italian 

cafe that serves a delicious Salmon Scrambled Egg 

and gelato. Perfect, right?
